超低渗油藏在线分流酸化增注技术研究与应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
酸化是超低渗油藏最有效的增注措施之一,但由于储层物性差、非均质性强等问题,造成目前常规酸化措施普遍具有施工周期长、有效率低、有效作用距离短等不足,且酸化过程中存在指进现象和储层二次伤害。针对这一问题,选取鄂尔多斯盆地环江油田三叠系超低渗油藏为研究对象,提出了在线分流酸化技术,并配套研制了一种多元缓速螯合酸COA-1S和一种新型的水溶性分流剂COA-1P。通过室内评价实验和在线分流酸化模拟实验,发现该技术在缓速性、配伍性、水溶性、螯合能力和暂堵功能等方面均显著优于常规酸化;现场先导性实验结果表明,酸化后剖面吸水均匀程度从28.5%上升至50.9%,视吸水指数增加2倍左右,降压增注效果显著;同时,该技术还具有“不停井、不泄压、不动管柱、不返排”的特点,简化了常规分流酸化工序、降低了安全环保风险,是一种能够很好地适应超低渗油藏特征的酸化增注技术。  相似文献

The effects of the structure of di- and triblock copolymers of poly(L-lysine) – LYS with poly(ethylene glycol) – PEG as well as the length of nonionic fragment in the LYS-PEG macromolecule on the copolymer chains conformation in the adsorption layer formed on the colloidal silica (SiO2) surface were examined. Spectrophotometry and turbidimetry were applied for the determination of copolymer adsorbed amounts and stability coefficients of silica aqueous suspensions. The electrokinetic parameters such as solid surface charge density and zeta potential were also estimated. The adsorption of LYS-PEG was proved to be the highest at pH 10 whereas the lowest adsorption on the solid surface was found for the triblock copolymer with long fragments of LYS at the same pH value.  相似文献

R-ω-Transaminases (RTAs) catalyse the conversion of R-configured amines [e.g., (R)-1-phenylethylamine] into the corresponding ketones (e.g., acetophenone), by transferring an amino group from an amino donor [e.g., (R)-1-phenylethylamine] onto an amino acceptor (e.g., pyruvate), resulting in a co-product (e.g., d -alanine). d -Alanine can be deaminated back to pyruvate by d -amino acid oxidase (DAAOs). Here, through in vivo subunit splicing, the N terminus of an RTA subunit (RTAS) was specifically ligated to the C terminus of a DAAO subunit (DAAOS) through native peptide bonds (RTA&DAAO). RTAS is in close proximity to DAAOS, at a molecular-scale distance. Thus the transfer of pyruvate and d -alanine between RTA and DAAO can be directional and efficient. Pyruvate→d -alanine→pyruvate cycles are efficiently formed, thus promoting the forward transamination reaction. In a different, in vitro noncovalent approach, based on coiled-coil association, the RTAS N terminus was specifically associated with the DAAOS C terminus (RTA#DAAO). In addition, the two mixed individual enzymes (RTA+DAAO) were also studied. RTA&DAAO has a shorter distance between the paired subunits (RTAS–DAAOS) than RTA#DAAO, and the number of the paired subunits is higher than in the case of RTA#DAAO, whereas RTA+DAAO cannot form the paired subunits. RTA&DAAO exhibited a transamination catalysis efficiency higher than that of RTA#DAAO and much higher than that of RTA+DAAO.  相似文献

The synthesis of thiazolyl‐7‐aminocephalosporanic acid, a pharmaceutical precursor of the β‐lactam antibiotic drug cefodizime, could be successfully realized in a continuous microstructured flow system. This was accomplished by changing the process window from batch, having a reaction temperature of 60 °C with a reaction time of 1 h, to a flow system at temperatures > 100 °C and reaction times of several minutes. (Nb1-xTax)4AlC3 (x = 0–0.5) ceramics were prepared by the hot press sintering method. The XRD results show that the second phase (Nb1-xTax)C is formed when the Ta content increases to 25 mol%. The SEM micrographs show that (Nb1-xTax)C has a core/rim structure, whose formation mechanism was also investigated. Substituting some Ta for Nb can significantly improve the mechanical properties of Nb4AlC3. (Nb0.75Ta0.25)4AlC3 exhibits an excellent fracture toughness of 8.3 ± 0.3 MPa m1/2 at room temperature (RT). The highest Young's modulus (349 ± 16 GPa) and Vickers hardness (4.5 ± 0.3 GPa) at RT are exhibited by the (Nb0.5Ta0.5)4AlC3 sample, which correlate to increases of 18% and 80%, respectively, compared with those of Nb4AlC3. The flexural strengths of (Nb0.5Ta0.5)4AlC3 are 439 ± 18 MPa at RT and 344 ± 22 MPa at 1100 °C, which correlate to increases of 27% and 45%, respectively, compared with those of Nb4AlC3. The solid solution of Ta and the formation of (Nb1-xTax)C are beneficial to the strengthening of Nb4AlC3. The coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) increases slightly from 7.08 × 10−6 K−1 for Nb4AlC3 to 7.24 × 10−6 K−1 for (Nb0.75Ta0.25)4AlC3 at 25–1400 °C. The thermal conductivity of (Nb0.75Ta0.25)4AlC3 (28.4–29.8 W/m·K) is higher than that of Nb4AlC3 (18.1–21.2 W/m·K) over the whole test range (25–1000 °C). Owing to their excellent mechanical and thermal properties, Ta-doped Nb4AlC3 ceramics have good potential as structural materials.  相似文献

针对单一硫酸体系锰钽铌矿加压浸出下钽铌浸出率均不到10%的问题,在硫酸体系引入助浸剂,考察氟化铵、双氧水、反应压强、硫酸浓度、反应温度、氟化铵矿比对锰钽铌矿加压浸出的影响,采用XRD对浸渣进行物相表征。实验结果表明,在锰钽铌矿加压浸出中,引入助浸剂氟化铵,温度200℃、硫酸浓度50%及氟化铵/矿比为0.8∶1的条件下钽浸出率超过93%,铌浸出率超过96%。引入氟化铵对硫酸体系下锰钽铌矿的加压浸出效果的提升十分显著。  相似文献

The aims of this experiment were (1) to compare the effects of a soybean meal with an enzymatic treatment (ESBM) to reduce the concentration of antinutritional factors versus a standard soybean meal (SBM) on foregut and small intestine digestion in weaned dairy calves and (2) to estimate the endogenous losses of crude protein (CP) in the small intestine. Our hypothesis was that a diet containing ESBM instead of SBM would improve ruminal and small intestine digestion and absorption of nutrients. A T-cannula was placed in the duodenum, and a second T-cannula was installed in the distal ileum of 12 Holstein calves at approximately 3 wk of age. Calves were weaned on d 42, and on d 50 they were assigned randomly to a quadruplicated 3 × 3 Latin square with 10-d periods. Digesta samples were collected on d 7 and 8 from the ileum and d 9 and 10 from the duodenum. The diets were fed for ad libitum intake and consisted of a calf starter (CS) of 20% CP with SBM as the main source of protein (CTRL), and an isonitrogenous CS with an ESBM instead of SBM (ENZT). A third diet with a low content of CP (10%) and no soy protein was fed to estimate endogenous N losses and digestibilities of test ingredients. Flows and digestibilities of nutrients were compared between CTRL and ENZT and their test ingredients (SBM vs. ESBM, respectively). Duodenal net flows of CP and total AA as well as ruminal microbial protein synthesis per kilogram of digested CP were greater, and flow of nonprotein N and CP true (corrected by endogenous and microbial flows) foregut digestibility were lower with ENZT than CTRL. The apparent small intestine digestibilities of CP and total AA were greater for ESBM than SBM, but there were no differences between the CTRL and ENZT diets. We observed no differences in digestibilities at the duodenum or ileum of starch or NDF, but true small intestine digestibilities of CP and all AA were greater with ENZT than CTRL. Total endogenous protein losses in the small intestine estimated from calves fed the low-CP with no soy protein diet were 37 ± 1.5 g of CP and 29 ± 1.4 g of AA/kg of DMI. These values may be considered the basal endogenous losses as they are similar to values obtained with the regression method, which estimates N losses when dietary N is null. Our results indicated that the inclusion of an ESBM improved the efficiency of ruminal microbial protein synthesis per digested kilogram of organic matter and CP, and increased CP and AA absorption in the small intestine despite a greater proportion of undigested dietary protein entering the duodenum.  相似文献

The objective of this experiment was to determine the effect of increasing digestible His (dHis) doses on milk production, milk composition, and plasma AA concentrations in lactating dairy cows fed diets that meet or exceed their energy and metabolizable protein (MP) requirements. In a companion paper (Räisänen et al., 2021) results are presented on the effect of increasing dHis dose with an MP-deficient basal diet. In this experiment, 16 Holstein cows (72 ± 15 d in milk) were used in a replicated 4 × 4 Latin square design experiment with four 28-d periods. Treatments were as follows: (1) control, total mixed ration (TMR) with 1.8% dHis of MP (TMR1; dHis1.8); (2) a different TMR with 2.2% dHis (TMR2; dHis2.2); (3) TMR2 supplemented with rumen-protected His (RP-His) to supply 2.6% dHis (dHis2.6); and (4) TMR2 supplemented with RP-His to supply 3.0% dHis of MP (dHis3.0). Estimated dHis intakes calculated at the end of the experiment were 46, 58, 69, and 79 g/d for dHis1.8, dHis2.2, dHis2.6, and dHis3.0, respectively. Contrasts were used to compare TMR1 with TMR2 and to test the linear and quadratic effects of RP-His inclusion rate on TMR2. We detected no effects of TMR or dHis dose on dry matter intake or milk yield, whereas energy-corrected milk (ECM) yield was quadratically increased, being greatest for cows on treatment dHis2.6. Milk true protein and lactose concentrations and milk true protein yield were not affected by TMR or dHis dose. Milk fat concentration and yield increased quadratically, and lactose yield tended to increase quadratically with increasing dHis dose. Calculated apparent efficiency of His utilization decreased quadratically with increasing dHis supply. Further, plasma concentration of His was greater for cows on TMR2 compared with TMR1. When an MP-adequate diet was fed to dairy cows, milk true protein concentration and yield were not affected by dHis supply, but milk fat and ECM yields of dairy cows were optimized at dHis supply of 69 g/d or 2.65% of MP.  相似文献
